When we dream, where do we go?
What are the laws and textures of our personal dream world?

In the Day Dream Club we explore the conscious experience of the dreaming process.
At the meetings, we are balancing between daydreaming and REM sleep, learning to co-create dreams with both our conscious and subconscious, alternating between watching and imagining. We observe where our imagination goes – and mainly enjoying.
In the group, we reflect on the daydream journeys that occurred, exchanging the variety of experiences and enriching our dreaming treasury.
The effects of the sessions are: “that was amazing!” “amazed by what just happened”, “impressed by what I can”, “happy about this exceptionally good time,” “interesting what you notice about yourself when you daydream”.
The process of going into daydreaming is also very relaxing, so a rested and peaceful state is a side effect of this beautiful game.
The practical info:
The meetings are about 1,5 hours long. The number of participants is limited to 8, so everyone has time to share. Some join for the first time, some attend meetings monthly. The agenda includes: an intro and two facilitated daydream sessions with the following conversations.
What Meta-goal does this serve?
By spending time in Dreamland intentionally, we develop our imagination. We understand better how our imagination works, more and more nuanced, how our inner landscapes are shaped, and we learn to create images we want. In addition to nicer dreams, in the long term, this work could be used to lower anxieties and shape our reality according to our wishes with the power of the mind.
One dreamer’s note after the sesh: “looking at how a daydream goes can help us understand the way our mind works and advance on the great path of “know yourself””.
